Silverstars are dedicated advocates of freedom and tolerance, usually wanderers on the path of truth, and are absolute foes of darkness and evil. Though only Selunite followers are generally addressed as Silverstars, similar worshippers and clergy members under Eilistraee, Hathor, Sehanine Moonbow, and Sharindlar have picked up this moniker over time in service to the moon. Silverstars are generally people who seek to build harmony among most living beings and protect the weak and oppressed no matter where they go. They cannot abide by slavery and despise most undead. Rarely do Silverstars settle in one place for long, instead, they are moved along when seized by wanderlust or enticed by a new cause or mission.
Sometimes, Silverstars receive visions and are seen as somewhat "touched" with prophecy by their closeness to the Moon. They deal with lunar energies and phenomena and are, to a limited degree, able to wield the power of the Moon, bringing its fierce, pure white light to Toril at a great cost of exhaustion and risk. For many Silverstars, it is not uncommon to find themselves forever changed by the powers of the Moon. The oddities present are subtle and minute, but anyone that looks too closely at a Silverstar will find that they are likely to inherit odd quirks from being a conduit to the full powers of the Moon. From early whitening of the hair, changes to sight, to thickening of the skin, or other strange presentations, all of it is varied from person to person.
Regardless of their origins and worships, Silverstars will actively oppose the activities and misdeeds of followers of foul powers, whether singly or in groups.

Lunar Light: The Silverstar gains Darkvision.
Tears of the Moon: The Silverstar can create light, in the form of Lunar energy, at will, as per the Light spell.
New Moon: The Silverstar stops focusing their energy to any phases of the moon, removing any bonuses and maluses they have gained from their Moon Phase abilities.
Swapping to this phase incurs a 1-minute cooldown.
Crescent Moon: The Silverstar focuses their energy to channel the phase of the Crescent Moon, gaining 15% bonus damage on all divine spells and a debuff of -2 to Strength and Dexterity until the phase of the moon is no longer channeled. During the Crescent Moon Phase, the Silverstar is also much more capable of destroying evil undead, gaining a +2 CL boost to their Turn Undead, but suffers a stacking malus over time for every 4 minutes they spend in this phase of 20% physical vulnerability and -4 to reflex penalty. The malus disappears after 2 minutes spent outside of the Crescent Moon phase.
At HD 21, the Silverstar gains a +1 caster level to all divine spells.
Swapping to another phase of the moon incurs a 1-minute cooldown.
Waning Moon: The Silverstar focuses their energy to channel the phase of the Waning Moon, gaining a bonus of 10% Physical immunity, +2 AC, and a debuff of -20% movement speed until the phase of the moon is no longer channeled. During the Waning Moon Phase, the Silverstar also gains a 1d6 cold damage aura, increasing by 1d6 every 5 caster levels, maximizing at 5d6. They suffer a stacking malus over time for every 4 minutes they spend in this phase of -4 to AB and -4 to reflex. The malus disappears after 2 minutes spent outside of the Waning Moon phase.
At HD 21, the bonus increases to 15% physical immunity and +4 AC.
Swapping to another phase of the moon incurs a 1-minute cooldown.
Full Moon: The Silverstar focuses their energy to channel the phase of the Full Moon, gaining a bonus of +3 AB and damage, +10% movespeed, and -25% spell damage scaling until the phase of the moon is no longer channeled. During the Full Moon Phase, the Silverstar suffers a stacking malus over time for every 4 minutes they spend in this phase of -4 to Will saves and -4 to Armor Class. The malus disappears after 2 minutes spent outside of the Full Moon phase.
At HD 21, the bonus increases to +5 AB and damage.
Swapping to another phase of the moon incurs a 1-minute cooldown.
Moon's Blessed Weaponry: Adds a scaling cold damage bonus to the Silverstar's weapon of 3d4 + one-third Silverstar levels damage. Also gives a +2d6 Divine damage bonus versus Undead and Shapechangers.
Prophet's Sight: The Silverstar may use True Seeing 1/day as a spell-like ability. Increases to 2/day at level 8.
Moonshield: The Silverstar gains a +2 bonus on saves against enchantment, necromancy, illusion spells, and spells with the darkness descriptor.
Eclipse: Every 10 minutes, The Silverstar is able to engulf themselves in the energy of the moon and surrenders wholly to its whims and wiles. They gain the benefits of every Moon Phase, becoming an avatar of moonlight for 3 minutes. No mere mortal can easily wield such power, and it wears quickly on the Silverstar. At the end of the duration, they become addled by temporary confusion that bypasses all mental protection for 2 rounds before they are released from this state, becoming exhausted with a -2 to Strength, Dexterity, Constitution, as well as a -2 penalty to AB and AC for 2 minutes.
The bonuses increase at HD 21 just as all the other bonuses already listed for each Moon Phase.
During Eclipse, the Silverstar cannot change to any other Moon Phase.

Additionally, all shape changed creatures must make a Will Save or revert to normal form.

Since Silverstar has been changed from its original form to accommodate more worshippers of the moon, each clergy does hold very different dogma and it is up to the player to decide how they would like to roleplay their Silverstar.
Selune is the original founder of Silverstars, and such should be reflected. Selune's dogma stresses that Silverstars should oppose oppression completely and absolutely, and seek to build a continuous and generous relationship between shapeshifters and non-shapeshifters. They should always work to redeem evil shapeshifters and choose execution as the final resolution.
Though mechanically the Silverstar no longer has the ability to shapeshift, the player should treat a Selunite Silverstar as still someone who struggles with the powers of the Moon. Being a direct conduit to such grand powers can change a person and accidentally also bequeath them the temperament or behaviors of a shapeshifter due to its close ties. There can also be physical presentations that can be likened to shapeshifters but never in any full ways, just in small, manifested traits. A shapeshifter that chooses to play as a Silverstar may find themselves with double the struggles due to their inherited curse or due to the burden placed upon them by their worship of the Moon.
The Dark Dancer is a quiet but no less important worship. A Silverstar under Eilistraee's guidance may find themselves putting so much more emphasis on the desire for harmony and freedom from oppressors, especially from Drow who are yet bound to Lolth. For these Silverstars, it is their life's mission to guide their fellow Drow into the path of light and to see things as they truly are, rather than through the lens of conflicts and intrigues that dominate the lives of most Drow.
However, due to many worshippers of Eilistraee having once been a Lolthite or an adjacent worshipper of the Dark Seldarine, many of the Silverstars might suffer a much more different struggle rather than the typical pull against lycanthropy. Instead, they will have worse struggles during their dreaming and resting states, where Lolth will continuously try and lay claim to their souls and tempt them with darkness to drive them to the brink of insanity. It becomes a delicate and painful balance of trying to repel the whispered words of the Dark Seldarine and keeping sane enough to refocus on their true mission. A Drow that chooses to play as a Silverstar will suffer worse nightmares or find it even more exhausting than usual to wield the powers of the Moon against evil due to their vengeful goddess's designs.
Though a generally-unconventional pick, Hathor is no less a goddess worthy to bequeath the Moon's powers. Kindness and compassion as her dogma, Silverstars under Hathor's guidance will focus a lot more on inter-personal relationships and generally try to resolve most situations with compassion in mind first. Silverstars under this dogma will generally find themselves as mediators for many situations and spend a lot of time listening to the woes of the world. Like a true, guiding beam of light, they will always try to dispense wisdom for situations to help those in need navigate a difficult time in their lives.
For the Mulan people, a Silverstar is a true representative of the Nurturing Mother. While they are not listening to the people's woes, they would attend to duties generally regarded as motherly. Work such as being a midwife, counselor, and healer is not far from their masterful portfolio. Only in times of dire need will a Silverstar of Hathor truly pick up arms to combat forces of evil, especially in defense of the good and innocent. A Silverstar under Hathor will likely struggle the most as being 'othered' by people, due to oddly-presenting traits and the urge to never be present. A consistent loneliness haunts them for their elevated but stressful status.
Among the stoutfolk, the Lady of Life is not far from their minds, as their every-day lives involved in romantic love, cortship, and fertility are all of her doing, and a Silverstar under her guidance will focus upon these tasks. Their outlook would reflect that of the goddess's: Humble and unassuming, but always bearing a kind word for every single person, whether nobleborn or common. They are likely to be prone to bursts of wild laughter and impromptu dancing, but play a diplomatic peacekeeping role when truly necessary.
Silverstars of Sharindlar will also play a stranger role than most other Silverstars of other faiths where they will tend to meddle in the business of romance, especially to guide people into favorable match-making, for love is a very important part of their belief, stepping very slightly into the territory of Sunites. A Silverstar under Sharindlar's guidance may find themselves struggling with being left out. For all of their ability to spark romance for many others, they generally find themselves lovelorn due to their penchant for travelling. The powers of the Moon also changes them and diminishes their chances of a normal life, depriving them of what they preach.
Known commonly as the Lady of Dreams, Sehanine Moonbow leads a most peculiar sect of Silverstars, who are natural-born seers and prophets. Like many other Silverstars, they are prone to receiving missions to their next destination or where they are required the most. However, what is generally viewed as a boon from the outside is a severe burden on the Silverstars of Sehanine Moonbow. For many of this sect, the frequent, inexplicable visions that can come in tiring and sudden waves very much exhausts the Silverstar, placing the heavy charge of deciphering the secrets of what they've seen squarely upon their shoulders.
It is not always that visions could be deciphered in time to prevent disaster, or worse, the visions are for something so far away in time that it has very little relevance but still takes the same effort to interpret. It is not Sehanine Moonbow's desire to put such weight upon her Silverstars, but due to drawing so heavily from the powers of the Moon, it cannot help but leak into their consciousness, dreams, and meditations. Despite this, the Silverstars of Sehanine Moonbow are strong representatives of their Lunar lady, often aloof warriors of immaculate form and grace, and generally the first responders to some kind of dire situation due to their prophetic visions granting them enough foresight to attend to a situation before it gets any worse. They generally seek out evil before they can truly act, and are merciless in their art of punishing unrepentant evil. Silverstars under Sehanine Moonbow's guidance should look to represent their exhaustions or troublesome visions caused by the Moon's powers through a greater need for rest than most of their kin. The struggle can, of course, be represented in another manner as well.
