Feytouched can be the descendants of half-fey and mortals, resulting in a reduced bloodline, similar to comparing a tiefling to a half-fiend or an aasimar to a half-celestial. Sometimes however they are the result of a mortal spending too much time in Faerie and being warped by the strange magic there. In either case, feytouched carry a small amount of fey nature in them, which can have many different strange effects on their person and behavior.
