The Giant Blooded are the 'tieflings' and 'aasimar' and 'genasi' of the giant world. They have some giant in their ancestry, though it isn't as full as their Half-Giant cousins. While rare, giant blood does crop up among the outskirts of human and other civilizations from time to time, usually due to either raids or trading. Most giant-blooded can share some small mark of the type of giant they are descended from, be it the black hair and coppery skin of a Hill giant, more grey and dark like a stone giant, or sometimes the blue hair of a storm giant.
While not as large as true giants or the half-blooded kin, the Giant-Blooded are still often taller, heavier, and more broad than their cousins. Fully grown, not many of them are shorter than six and a half to seven feet tall, and weigh several hundred pounds. They are typically strong and hale compared to those around them, and gain a minor elemental resistance from their heritage.
